IFCA focuses on legislative pursuits that impact our membership. The association engages in letter-writing campaigns to protect our members' rights, draft bills to assist members with collections, protect our members' lien rights, the passage of laws to prosecute improper classification, etc. If any member wants to discuss a current law, propose amendments to one or if you wish to pass along a legislative idea, please contact the association office. FCA knows that what happens in the national arena and in the local legislatures can dramatically affect both the union construction industry and the business interests of its members. FCA is the "voice" for union finishing contractors in the nation's capitol. We work to protect the interests of our contractors by supporting public policy initiatives that favor the union construction industry.
