The following guidelines have been established for eligibility:
- All IFCA contractor members are eligible for two computer training classes per year.
- An hourly/salaried employee must be a full-time employee of the IFCA contractor member.
- An hourly/salaried employee may select any business-related computer training program at any professional training center.
- Before any full-time hourly/salaried employee registers for any computer training program, IFCA's Computer Training Application Form must be completed by the attendee; signed by IFCA's contractor member; returned to the IFCA office via facsimile for signature and approval by IFCA's Executive Director.
- Reimbursement for a computer training class shall not exceed $150.
- An IFCA contractor member will receive reimbursement for the computer training program upon sending IFCA a Certificate from the professional training center indicating that the attendee completed the class as well as a copy of the paid invoice for the training.
The Educational/Program Committee may, for good cause or under exceptional circumstances, waive any of the above-referenced requirements, subject to the approval of the Board of Directors.
